24HourFindYourFit Challenge

A 24-hour global movement event bringing people together to raise money for causes that matter

A challenge built on connection

24HourFindYourFit is an annual charity challenge founded by Hannah Camden. It brings together everyday participants, elite athletes, families, and local communities for 24 hours of continuous movement.

People take part in many different ways. Some join for an hour, others for the full 24. Some compete, some support, and some simply show up to be part of something collective. Every contribution counts.

At its core, the challenge is about connection. Movement becomes the shared language, creating space for people to come together around a common purpose.

Why it exists

The challenge was created to use movement as a tool for positive impact. It supports mental health charities and community causes, while encouraging people of all ages and abilities to take part in something meaningful.

The event is inclusive by design. It welcomes different fitness levels, different motivations, and different ways of showing up. What matters is participation, support, and shared effort.

24HourFindYourFit is not about perfection or performance alone. It is about resilience, community, and the belief that small actions, taken together, can make a real difference.

2025: what happened

The first 24 Hour Find Your Fit Challenge took place from Friday 5th to Saturday 6th September 2025.

Across the UK and online around the world, communities moved continuously for 24 hours. World record attempts sat alongside family-friendly sessions, endurance challenges, and moments of quiet determination.

Together, participants raised £26,430 for multiple charities, including suicide prevention, children’s health, food waste initiatives, carers’ charities, and community support organisations.

The energy was constant and the atmosphere was supportive. People trained, rested, returned, and cheered each other on. The camaraderie carried the event from start to finish.

Stories that shaped the challenge

Throughout the 24 hours, individuals and teams took on challenges that mattered to them.

Young participants raised funds for children’s charities while stepping into new confidence. Elite athletes pushed endurance boundaries to support causes close to their hearts. Local gyms and businesses opened their doors to support families, create spaces to gather, and bring communities together.

Each story was different, but the motivation was shared. People moved not just for themselves, but for others.

Community, creativity, and support

Alongside the physical challenges, the event became a wider community celebration.

Local gyms hosted sessions and activities. Families joined in with games, crafts, and creative stalls. Volunteers, photographers, and filmmakers documented the event, capturing moments of effort, emotion, and connection as they unfolded.
24HourFindYourFit is shaped as much by the people around it as by the challenge itself.

Looking ahead

24 Hour Find Your Fit returns on 4th & 5th September 2026.

For 2026, the focus is simple.
More people. More communities. More ways to take part.

Gyms, sports clubs, businesses, and individuals are all invited to get involved. Whether you host a full 24-hour session or join in with others, it can be any kind of movement. Strength training, sport, walking, yoga, or a mix of everything. The only rule is that it keeps moving, together, for 24 hours.

You can also raise money for a charity that matters to you.

If you’re thinking about getting involved, hosting something, or want to understand how it works, get in touch with Hannah.

Together, we’re stronger

24 Hour Find Your Fit exists because people choose to show up. To move, to support, and to contribute in ways that feel right for them.

It is a reminder that strength is collective, community matters, and purposeful movement can bring people together in powerful ways.
