Reiki sessions
Time and space to pause, breath, and let the body settle
Learning to listen to the body
Reiki is part of Hannah’s wider approach to wellbeing. It offers space to slow down, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with the body during periods of stress, fatigue, or overwhelm.
Hannah’s connection to Reiki
Hannah has practised Reiki for over fifteen years and trained as a Reiki Master after experiencing its impact during her own recovery from burnout.
It became a way to pause, listen inwardly, and recognise when her body was asking for rest rather than more effort. That perspective continues to shape how she works today.
What a session feels like
Each Reiki session is different, shaped by the individual rather than a set process.
Sessions are calm and unhurried, focusing on relaxation, breath, and allowing the nervous system to settle. There is no pressure to talk or perform. Many people describe leaving feeling lighter, clearer, or more grounded.
Reiki is not about fixing or forcing change. It creates the conditions for the body to reset in its own time.
Who Reiki may support
Reiki may be helpful during periods of mental overload, recovery from stress or injury, difficulty switching off, or when reconnecting with the body feels important.
A quieter way to support wellbeing
Reiki is one part of Hannah’s wider work, offered with the same care, experience, and respect for individuality that shapes everything she does.
