About Hannah

A personal trainer, performance and movement coach and athlete

Hannah’s approach to training and wellbeing

Hannah Camden is a coach, athlete and practitioner with over 20 years’ experience working with people across all stages of life.

Her work blends strength training, movement, performance and wellbeing, shaped by both professional expertise and personal experience.

She supports individuals who want to feel stronger, move better and build confidence in a way that fits real life. Her approach is calm and practical, focused on consistency and long-term progress.

Hannah’s coaching is grounded in trust. People develop at their own pace, without pressure or expectation.

Experience shaped over time

Over two decades, Hannah has coached people one to one, in small groups and within larger training environments. She works with everyday clients as well as competitive athletes, adapting her approach to different goals and capabilities.

As a IKMF World Champion kettlebell athlete, she brings elite-level experience into coaching while keeping it practical and accessible. Her focus is always on movement quality, health and steady progress.

Her experience as both an athlete and a coach informs everything she does. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is one size fits all.

How Hannah works

Sustainable change comes from consistent, intentional action. Training is not about extremes, but about building strength and resilience over time.

Each coaching relationship begins with understanding the individual. Lifestyle, past experiences and mindset all shape the work.

Her approach is practical and forward-looking, focused on steady progress rather than comparison or pressure.

Confidence, recovery, and wellbeing

Alongside coaching and training, Hannah works with people around confidence, recovery and nervous system regulation.

She is a Reiki Master with over 15 years’ experience. Reiki became part of her own life during periods of stress and burnout, offering a way to reconnect with the body and move forward with greater clarity.

Her work is guided by the individual, with no expectation or judgement. It sits alongside movement and strength as part of a wider view of wellbeing.

Community and wider work

Hannah is co-owner of FitWorks Training in Beaconsfield, a space built around inclusive and supportive training environments.

She founded the 24 Hour Find Your Fit Challenge, a community-led event bringing people together through movement while raising funds for mental health charities.

She is also joint founder of The Garage Fitworks Project, an online kettlebell community built for people who love to lift, from complete beginners to competitive athletes.

These ventures sit alongside her one to one work, connected by shared values of strength, wellbeing and community.
